Okkervil River: The Stage Names Review
Okkervil River is a band out of Austin, Texas and have been together since 1998. “The Stage Names” was my introduction to Okkervil and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I usually come across new bands everyday and usually an album is a way for me to learn about new bands that people may be talking about all over the internet. I found “The Stage Names” to exemplify as an album to win over new fans with its quality of lyrics and music. Some songs are very catchy to me and I simply enjoyed this record throughout. It was one of those albums that I liked in 30 seconds upon playing it on my computer. They have the whole album available for streaming so check out their website.

This album easily gets a 5 out of 5. I may check out their previous album which many people are saying it’s better. Either way I love this album and I strongly recommend listening to it.
