Summer Heights High Mimobot Giveaway
We’ve got another contest, this time to promote the American Premiere of one of Australian’s best shows, Summer Heights High. It premiers on November 9th on HBO, and on the movie channel in Canada.
Summer Heights High is a mockumentary (like The Office) featuring creator Chris Lilley as 3 wildly different characters. My personal favorite is 13-year old Jonah Takalua, a troubled kid with a propensity for fighting and swearing. He loves to joke around and is ultimately quite hilarious. The other two characters, Mr. Gregson or Mr. G is a 36-year old drama teacher that is narcissistic and overly eccentric. Lilley also plays a Ja’mie (pronounce Jah-mi as she will tell if you watch the show), a private school exchange student who has a terrible perception of the stereotypes of public school. Lilley does such a great job acting, you forget that Jonah is really 30 years old and that Ja’mie is also Jonah. It’s messed up once I realized that lol.
