Neko Case: People Got A Lotta Nerve – Best Friends Animal Society
Fellow bloggers, Neko Case (indie foxtress, member of the New Pornographers) and the Anti- label are teaming up for a good cause. Basically Anti- and Neko Case are donating $5 per blog postand $1 for every user that adds the song on ILike to the Best Friends Animal Society.

Neko Case while I know of her, have only had a little familiarity with. She has an absolutely amazing voice that many people try to emulate. A ton of female vocalists, tend to list Neko Case as an influence. The song People Got A Lotta Nerve employs her great voice with an alt-country influences and unlike Nelly Furtado, you actually believe Neko Case is a maneater. It’s a solid 2 minute track, while I do yearn for more, they are doing something special in the blogosphere so I hope any of you bloggers take notice! – Not a bad marketing strategy.
