Looking For Music Writers
Hey fellow readers, bloggers and random stumblers!AWmusic.ca is looking to expand once again and if you write in any capacity and would like to either writer to a larger audience, here’s an opportunity for you.
AWmusic.ca got just under 80,000 hits last month experiencing huge growth over 2008 and we’re expecting to expand.
If you’d like to contribute we’re looking for news writers and music reviewers. I’m not looking for huge commitments, starting with an article every 2 weeks.
Music reviewers will either complete concert or cd reviews on a certain date every 2 weeks. If you already have a blog and already complete reviews, you could republish* them on our website to give yourself more traffic. Rob from London, ON: Burgeoning Metropolis has done thus far.
*Provided it reaches the standards expected
If you don’t have a blog and would like to be a music reviewer, all I’m looking for are passionate people who know what they like and why they like it. I’m not looking for someone who likes “everything” or mainly “mainstream” stuff.
For news writers, we’re looking for people who can write snarky comments, report some news in a funny fashion but also get to the point. Basically someone who can find news and not just simply regurgitate it. News writers will contribute either weekly or biweekly. Sample works are strongly recommended.
