I'm pretty sure that there're people who like this album for what it is. I, for instance, never was a big fan of Franz Ferdinand to begin with. I did, however recognize their talent and ability to put on a great show. You know what they say: you've got your entire life to release your first album and only under a year to release your second one, and with the release of your third one the crowd will determine whether you'll be staying around for any longer. They've been experimenting on this album and whether it's good or bad - not up to me to decide, but I do hope that they'll stick around a little longer and release their fourth record. There aren't many bands with unique sound around and FF were, and still are definitely one of them. May the force be with you. Alex. It’s all a matter of preference isn’t it? Now they are making "electro" experiments and it's the worst thing i ever heard. I would rather not dance at this album (expept 2 or 3 songs) Franz Ferdinand is barely dead to me.
