it’s actually Hexes & Ohs (it’s all about the ampersand). They are a dynamic electro-pop duo and you can find them online at myspace.com/hexesandohs. They also have a second CMW show, opening for Sloan at the Mod Club on Thursday night.

Awesome guys…hopefully one of you will make it to see my band (Acres Of Lions) at CMW! If you miss us tonight at the Horseshoe (11 PM) we’re playing thursday at the rok boutique (9PM) and sunday at rancho relaxo (midnight).

Yeah that’s a bummer, with limited wristband entry, it’s not worth seeing. I’ll probably see Holy Fuck eventually.

I’d love to see Holy Fuck, but they’re only opening for Bloc Party, which will be hard to get into.

Plus, the Bloc Party are hella overrated.

Hmm yeah, you do have the Sasquatch Festival nearby I guess. I’m not sure how close Alberta is but they have that really cool festival in which the name behooves me.

It’s times like this that I really miss living in Toronto. The closest thing we’re getting to this in Vancouver is JunoFest ‘09. meh.
