Cocaine Man-Baxter Dury MP3 Review
I was driving to school and I was sick of listening to the radio so I put in a cd I had burned when I was in highschool and thankfully I did because I completely forgot about Baxter Dury. I love when I rediscover music so I thought I would share this with everyone
Baxter Dury is pretty much the king of cool with his laid back story tale of a song. The simplicity of the song is what does it for me, I love how the guitar doesn’t over power his vocals which he executes perfectly. I don’t know why but I really dig the whole talk singing thing accompanied with simple drums. The guitar rifts towards the end of the song are pretty rad, over all just a chill song. Haven’t heard much from the guy recently, which is a real shame because he can really write a song.
