Who is Monarchy you might ask? Good question cuz I don’t fucking know, seriously go google them your self and if you have any luck please let me know. So far I have collected that their debut single will be released in the new future under Neon Gold, and that they are from south London. Normally I wouldnt really care if I couldnt find anything out more about the band but this band is really doing it for me, loving their pop synth disco sound they got going on.
The vocals are really catchy and its really refreshing that one act is finally perfecting the pop synth genre. Must say though that their song The Phoenix Alive is my favourite of the ones I have heard so far. Cant help but say that it reminds me a bit of Kylie Minogue, but in a good way. The rest of the tracks are pretty strong, but they don’t have that same fun make you wanna dance thing going on.
Well since the identity of these guys have been hidden, I’m guessing we got a neon indian deal going on, both mildly successful in their own right, don’t really care who they are just know that they are cranking out some slamming jams. I am expecting big things from this act and can not wait to hear more from them.
