Song of the Day: Young The Giant – Strings
Tuesday nights at Toronto’s Horseshoe Tavern are known as Edge 102.1′s Dave Bookman’s Nu Music Nites. Last Tuesday night (April 5th), I took a stroll down to the ‘shoe with my friend Zal to check out Young The Giant. Their set was no more than 40 minutes long, but the crowd was going wild for these Cali alt-rockers. Their self-titled debut album was released last October on Roadrunner Records. “Strings” was one of my favourite songs from the evening.
