Jonathan is a super ambitious guy, you know? Cut-your-throat-to-get-ahead type of guy. But don’t be threatened by him. He didn’t go to Cornell. He likes anything alternative, indie, folk, rock, punk, hardcore, occasionally metal. Portishead to the Bled, Daughters to Brazilian Girls. He also likes the occasional hip hop and electronic album if it is particularly stands out. He has strong opinions, so sometimes you’ll love what he says, other reviews he has written for publications have made people want to beat him up for his opinions. But unlike Galileo, he will not be persecuted by the Romans for his beliefs. So yes, the last Dillinger Escape Plan album was the best yet, Broken Social Scene and the Weakerthans are overrated, and Third Eye Blind and Marilyn Manson are all incredible musicians. Please feel free to submit death threats.
