Springfactory – No More And Get Out of Bed
I’m a fan of Suburban Kids With Biblical Names so when reading across various blogs, I stumbled upon It’s Not The Band I Hate, It’s Their Fans’ post which was done back on January 6th. It just went into detail about <Springfactory which includes Peter Gunnarson from SKWBN. I was planning a post on Springfactory but I waited two months concentrating on other things and I ended up forgetting about the band.
Everything was renewed once I received an e-mail from their label Series Two Records offering me some mp3s and a press kit to provide some actual written material for you subscribers. Springfactory, like SBKWN is based out of Sweden and it started with a relationship between lead singer Lina Cullemark and Peter Gunnarson. They call it love at first sight when they met back in 2004. Cut back to 4 years later, they have an album released and have been touring around Sweden.
Springfactory like many other Swedish acts that I love specialize in pop. My two favorite tracks by them (check the title) are No More and Get Out of Bed. I love Lina’s voice and I definitely think her voice is the key ingredient to make Springfactory’s songs so enjoyable.
